A dedicated Virtual Private Server (VPS) is a space or container on an actual physical device. Fully Managed
We are responsible for server maintenance and management, which includes software and security updates related to the host panel as well as management of your hosting space.
Troubleshooting 3rd Party Web-and Email applications may incur additional costs.
All The Credentials You Will Need
We retain Administrative rights and root credentials as we remain fully responsible for the management of the client hosting space.
This solution is solely for individuals and small to medium enterprises seeking an affordable dedicated solution, without the worries of server maintenance, management and security.
Clients will not have access to the host panel as with the self-managed solution and will receive the required login details to either access their website (where required), webmail username and password as well as credentials to setup mail accounts on your favourite mail client.

Troubleshooting 3rd Party Web-and Email applications may incur additional costs and will be communicated once issue has been identified.
Management Of Hosting Space
We are responsible for maintaining server software, host panel security and updates, while also managing your hosting space.
You are therefore not provided with end-user access when selecting this option to ensure that we are the only “admins” that have access to your hosting space.
About Support Requests
Remaining support requests are not transferable from one month to the next and thererfore expire at the end of every month if not used.
Out Of Bundle Requests
Once alloted support requests have been depleted, an ad-hoc fee of R150.00 (incl VAT) will be charged per request.
About Security Breaches
Even though Cyberdummies Online Solutions will take the utmost caution while managing your VPS server, we will not be held liable for any security breaches. Confirmation of weekly/monthly updates will be provided to clients upon request.
