This plugin is licensed, not sold. By subscribing, downloading, installing, or using this plugin, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use this plugin and contact us immediately for a refund (within 14 days of purchase).

1. LICENSE GRANT

Subject to payment of applicable license fees and compliance with this agreement, CyberDummies Online Solutions (PTY) Ltd. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use this plugin on ONE (1) production website.

1.1 What You CAN Do:
✓ Install the plugin on one production domain
✓ Install on unlimited development/staging sites on the same root domain
✓ Use the plugin for your business or client projects
✓ Customize the plugin for your specific needs
✓ Receive updates while your license is active
✓ Access support while your license is active

1.2 What You CANNOT Do:
✗ Use on multiple production domains with one license
✗ Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the plugin
✗ Share your license key with others
✗ Remove or modify licensing code
✗ Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the plugin
✗ Create derivative works for distribution
✗ Use the plugin after your license expires

2. LICENSE SCOPE

2.1 Domain Definition:
– ONE LICENSE = ONE PRODUCTION DOMAIN
– Production domain: yoursite.com
– Included FREE: dev.yoursite.com, staging.yoursite.com, test.yoursite.com
– NOT included: differentsite.com (requires separate license)

2.2 Examples:

✓ ALLOWED with one license:
  - yourstore.com (production)
  - dev.yourstore.com (development)
  - staging.yourstore.com (staging)

✗ NOT ALLOWED with one license:
  - yourstore.com (production)
  - yourothershop.com (different domain - needs separate license)
  - client-website.com (client site - needs separate license)

2.3 Moving Domains:
– You may transfer your license to a different domain
– First deactivate from old domain via plugin settings or account
– Then activate on new domain
– Only ONE domain can be active at a time
– Contact support if you cannot access old domain

3. LICENSE DURATION & FEES

3.1 Subscription Terms:
– Monthly subscription: R99 ZAR per month
– Automatic renewal on the same day each month
– First payment: Upon purchase
– Subsequent payments: Monthly on purchase anniversary date

3.2 Payment Processing:
– Processed through Payfast (South African payment gateway)
– Credit card securely tokenized
– Automatic billing each month
– Receipt emailed after each successful payment

3.3 License Validity:
– Active as long as subscription payments are current
– Plugin will function while license is active
– License validates daily with our servers
– 7-day grace period for temporary connection issues

3.4 Failed Payments:
– We retry failed payments 3 times (days 1, 3, 7)
– Email notifications sent before each retry
– After final failed retry: License deactivated
– Plugin stops functioning when license inactive
– Reactivates automatically when payment successful

4. CANCELLATION

4.1 How to Cancel:
– Log into cyberdummies.co.za/my-account
– Go to Subscriptions
– Click “Cancel Subscription”
– Confirm cancellation

4.2 What Happens After Cancellation:
– No further charges
– License remains active until end of current billing period
– After period ends: License expires
– Plugin stops functioning when license expires
– All your data remains in your database (not deleted)
– Can reactivate anytime by renewing subscription

4.3 No Contracts:
– Cancel anytime, no questions asked
– No early termination fees
– No minimum commitment period

5. REFUND POLICY

5.1 Initial Purchase:
– 14-day money-back guarantee
– Full refund if requested within 14 days of first purchase
– No questions asked

5.2 Renewal Payments:
– No refunds on renewal payments
– Cancel before renewal date to avoid charges
– Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled

5.3 Refund Process:
– Request via email: support@cyberdummies.co.za
– Include: License key, order number, reason (optional)
– Processed within 7 business days
– Refund to original payment method
– License deactivated upon refund

6. UPDATES & SUPPORT

6.1 Plugin Updates:
– Free updates while license is active
– Delivered through WordPress admin (automatic notifications)
– May include: Bug fixes, security patches, new features, compatibility updates
– Updates require active license to download/install

6.2 Support Services:
– Priority email support while license is active
– Access to documentation and video tutorials
– Support portal access
– Average response time: 24 hours (weekdays)

6.3 What’s NOT Included:
– Custom development work
– Theme customization
– Server configuration
– Third-party plugin conflicts
– General WordPress/WooCommerce consultation

6.4 Support After License Expires:
– No support for expired licenses
– Must renew to receive support
– Emergency support available for additional fee

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1 Ownership:
– All code, design, and functionality remain property of CyberDummies
– No ownership rights transferred to licensee
– CyberDummies retains all copyright, trademark, and IP rights

7.2 Your Data:
– You own all data created by the plugin (subscriptions, customer data)
– Data stored in your WordPress database
– We do not access or store your customer data
– You can export your data at any time

7.3 License Validation Data:
– We store: License key, domain, activation date, IP address
– Used only for license validation and anti-piracy
– Not shared with third parties
– See Privacy Policy for details

8. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

THE PLUGIN IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8.1 No Guarantee:
– We do not guarantee the plugin will meet your specific requirements
– We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
– We do not guarantee compatibility with all themes/plugins
– We do not guarantee specific results or revenue outcomes

8.2 Your Responsibility:
– Test thoroughly before using in production
– Maintain backups of your website and database
– Verify compatibility with your theme and other plugins
– Monitor subscription renewals and customer communications

8.3 Known Limitations:
– Requires active internet connection for license validation
– Requires Payfast merchant account (not included)
– Requires SSL certificate for secure payments
– May not work with some caching configurations

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL CYBERDUMMIES ONLINE SOLUTIONS (PTY) LTD. BE LIABLE FOR:

9.1 Indirect Damages:
– Lost profits or revenue
– Lost data or business interruption
– Cost of substitute products or services
– Consequential, incidental, or punitive damages

9.2 Maximum Liability:
– Limited to amount paid for license in past 12 months
– Example: If paying R99/month and used for 6 months, maximum liability is R594

9.3 Your Responsibility:
– Maintaining backups
– Testing before production use
– Monitoring subscriptions and renewals
– Compliance with payment regulations

10. TERMINATION

10.1 Automatic Termination:
– License terminates automatically upon non-payment
– Plugin ceases to function when license expires
– No notice required for non-payment termination

10.2 Termination by CyberDummies Online Solutions (PTY) Ltd.:
– We may terminate for breach of this agreement
– We may terminate for violation of terms
– We may terminate for abuse or piracy attempts
– 30 days notice provided (except for serious violations)

10.3 Effect of Termination:
– Must immediately cease using the plugin
– Must delete all copies of the plugin
– No refund for partial months
– All restrictions continue after termination

10.4 Termination by You:
– Cancel subscription at any time
– License remains active until end of billing period
– No refund for unused portion of month

11. COMPLIANCE & RESTRICTIONS

11.1 Code Integrity:
– Do not modify plugin core files
– Do not remove license validation code
– Do not bypass or circumvent licensing checks
– File integrity monitored; violations logged

11.2 License Sharing:
– Do not share license keys
– Do not share plugin files
– Do not redistribute in any form
– Each website requires separate license

11.3 Reverse Engineering:
– Do not decompile or reverse engineer
– Do not attempt to extract unobfuscated source code
– Do not create derivative works for distribution
– Violations may result in legal action

11.4 Resale Restrictions:
– Do not resell the plugin
– Do not include in theme packages
– Do not bundle with other products
– Contact us for partnership opportunities

12. PRIVACY & DATA COLLECTION

12.1 What We Collect:

– Provide support
– Send important notifications

12.3 What We DON’T Collect:
– Customer payment information (stored by Payfast)
– Your customer data or subscription details
– Personal information from your site
– Any data from your database

12.4 Data Retention:
– License data: Retained while license active + 2 years
– Support tickets: Retained for 5 years
– Deleted upon request (right to erasure)

– This agreement governed by laws of South Africa
– Disputes subject to South African courts
– Venue: Western Cape High Court, Cape Town

14.2 Dispute Resolution:
– First attempt: Direct negotiation with CyberDummies Online Solutions (PTY) Ltd.
– Second: Mediation (if both parties agree)
– Final: Legal proceedings if necessary

14.3 No Class Actions:
– Disputes resolved individually
– No class action lawsuits
– No jury trials

15. MISCELLANEOUS

15.1 Entire Agreement:
– This agreement constitutes the entire agreement
– Supersedes all prior agreements or understandings
– No verbal modifications accepted

15.2 Severability:
– If any provision invalid, others remain in effect
– Invalid provisions replaced with valid similar provisions

15.3 Waiver:
– Failure to enforce rights doesn’t waive those rights
– Waiver must be in writing to be effective

15.4 Assignment:
– You cannot assign this license without our consent
– We may assign to affiliates or successors

15.5 Force Majeure:
– Not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond control
– Includes: Natural disasters, wars, internet outages, etc.
