Company Registration Process
Send us your request
Submit form with three (3) company names you would be satisfied with, starting with your preferred company name. Please be descriptive to ensure the preferred name makes sense and is subsequently approved by CIPC*, if available.
We generate a quote
A quote is generated. Please confirm that you accept the quote and supply the requested documentation. In order to speed up the process and avoid back and forth communication, kindly ensure that all the required documens are provided.
Invoice is generated
As soon as the documentation is received an invoice is created. You are required to settle this invoice and forward the proof of payment, in order for us to proceed with the name reservation.
Supply supporting documents
Every now and then, additional supporting documents are required. This will be determined by our agent responsible for the company registration on your behalf. Any 3rd party** may submit the documents on behalf of the applicant.
Reservations and registration
As soon as payment is done and supporting documents submitted, the registration process commences and you should receive your company documents within 2-3 days. You will receive confirmation once the process commences.
